Frequently asked questions
It's a vintage-style telephone that records voice messages from your guests. They simply pick up the receiver, leave their message and hang up — and after the event you receive the recordings to listen to and treasure forever.
A Video Guestbook lets your guests record short video messages instead. You get to hear their words, see their faces and relive the moments for years to come.
Our standard hire is 3 hours — R800 for the Audio Guestbook and R2,000 for the Video Guestbook. Additional hours are R100 per hour for audio and R200 per hour for video.
Yes. Our guestbook displays can be styled to complement your event, with elements such as balloon garlands, flowers, rugs, bows, signage and themed backdrops. The guestbook becomes part of your décor rather than a piece of equipment placed in a corner.
Absolutely. If you're not sure what your guests should say, we can create a personalised prompt board to guide them — from advice for the bride and groom to wishes for baby, messages for a matriculant or corporate team messages.
Yes. Travel fees cover delivery, collection and setup, and depend on your event's location.
Travel fees range from R150 to R320 depending on your zone — from Bellville and Parow (R150) to Paarl, Wellington and Franschhoek (R320). For locations outside these areas, please contact us for a custom travel quote.
Both the Audio and Video Guestbooks come with digital recordings delivered to you after the event, so you can relisten and rewatch whenever you like.
Yes — our guestbooks suit birthdays, baby showers, matric balls, 21st birthdays, milestone celebrations, anniversaries, engagements, corporate events, children's parties and other special occasions.
